إدارة الأزمات” والقوات المسلحة والأجهزة الأمنية تنفذ تمريناً وطنياً شاملاً
عمان 11 آذار/ تبدأ اليوم الأحد فعاليات التمرين الذي ينفذه المركز الوطني للأمن وإدارة الأزمات بمشاركة القوات المسلحة – الجيش العربي والأجهزة الأمنية ومختلف مؤسسات الدولة والقطاع الخاص بالتعاون مع وكالة خفض التهديدات الدفاعية الأمريكية DTRA، والحرس الوطني لولاية كولورادو CONG والسفارة الأمريكية في عمان؛ للوقوف على مدى الجاهزية واختبار السلامة العامة في مجال التعامل مع المواد الخطرة (الكيماوي، البيولوجي، الاشعاعي) في مواقع مختلفة من المملكة.
ويتضمن التمرين الذي أُطلق عليه تسمية “درع الأردن” وتستمر أحداثه حتى الثلاثاء المقبل؛ محاكاة أحداث متنوعة تحدث في مناطق ضواحي العاصمة عمان ومحافظات اربد والزرقاء والعقبة، ويتطلب التمرين تنفيذ فعاليات تدريبية من مختلف الأجهزة والمؤسسات، اضافة إلى تواجد أمني واغلاقات وتنفيذ عمليات إنقاذ وإطلاق صافرات إنذار وعمليات اخلاء وتحريك آليات.
يذكر أن المركز الوطني للأمن وادارة الأزمات ينفذ تمارين وطنية على مدار العام وفي مختلف مناطق المملكة لاختبار الخطط الوطنية في مجالات الأزمات والكوارث الطبيعية.
Amman, March 11 The National Center for Security and Crisis Management Sunday launches a drill with the participation of the Jordan Armed Forces- Arab Army and security services, various state institutions and the private sector, in cooperation with the US Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), Colorado National Guard (CONG) and the US Embassy in Amman.
The exercise aims to check the readiness and public safety in dealing with hazardous materials (chemical, biological, and radioactive) in various locations across the Kingdom.
The exercise, dubbed “Jordan Shield”, will run until Tuesday, featuring various events in the suburbs of Amman and the governorates of Irbid, Zarqa, and Aqaba. It will see activities by various agencies and institutions, as well as security presence, closures, and rescue operations, sirens, evacuations and moving machinery.
The center carries out national drills the year round in various regions of the Kingdom to test national plans in the areas of crises and natural disasters.
